“An overall great escape, but I think the bar closes too early and for the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner were complimentary. They’ll tell you the Jamaican food they have, and in a way tell you the American food they have which is not put out to choose from, so you might think it’s not complimentary which it was. “Second time staying, i stayed with my fiance we had a very nice time of course never long enough. The economy room was small but fitting very cute size for 2 people, we did have a problem with the stove lighting up but after doing it with a lighter it was fine. The sink was dripping water a bit when running but overall the room was nice, the refrigerator was a cute size i would say could use a bigger fridge but we made it work. “It worked for the purpose of quick overnight. Although the club music right behind us kept me up all night. Tiny mosquitoes or something I couldnt even see kept biting so had to wear long sleeves and long pants thru night. Jacuzzi by pool had to be turned on by front desk and never got hot although sign says supposed to be 104 degrees, 70 at best. Hard beds. A few little tiny knat type bug seen on floor. No Hot water until next day about 9am. Toilet ran all night. Staff was nice. Beautiful……

First impressions the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some TLC, however the staff were accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the main attractions. “I stayed at turtle Towers which was managed by Burbank property in Jamaica. It was a disaster. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. I paid $139 a night for a $87 a night room and they have refused to issue me Back some money. The condo was a dump. Old Broken stuff, dirty furniture and it smelled terrible. “I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
