“This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! “We arrived at the location after our check-in time we were unable to gain access to the property as the phone number that was listed on the gate did not work and got no answer. The caretaker on the property had no idea we were coming and could not help us. It took several hours for us to gain any information so we’re unable to get onto the property. “If I could give negative stars for this property, I absolutely would. The host cancelled our reservation right before our trip and failed to properly update the system or communicate professionally. I only found out the booking was cancelled when I was trying to get check-in information before leaving for Jamaica. The host messaged saying they cancelled for “personal reasons,” but after that completely stopped responding — not only to me, but also to Expedia when they repeatedly tried……
