Slow-paced, old world vibe. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent beach and beach facilities. A few glitches with the food, but I appreciate that it is made from scratch and doesn't feel like it came off a conveyor belt from a large all-inclusive kitchen. If you want rest and relaxation, this is the spot.

Our stay was nearly perfect. We have traveled extensively throughout the world, so we truly recognize and appreciate exceptional service when we experience it. The level of service and attention to detail at this hotel was simply amazing—honestly, among the very best we have experienced anywhere. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The staff made us feel completely at home—perhaps even better than at home! Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made our time here truly memorable. We will absolutely recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and without a doubt, we will be back. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! Raul

The staff was extremely hospitable. You left feeling like theynreally cared about your family as well as your stay. Housekeeping cleaned our room at least three times a day. While the restaurant food was underwhelming the atmosphere was breathtaking in the evening. Especially, dinner on the beach. Very cute place to retreat from chaos.
