This trip was the first time our blended family has taken a vacation together. The check in, transfer from the airport went very smooth but I was so disappointed when I walked in to this apartment. There is an electric outlet with exposed wires in the bathroom, none of the outlets in the bedrooms worked at all. 2 stairs that are loose and teeter which I stumbled down twice. All of the throw rugs including the large one in the living area were filthy. Areas around the tub and showers were crusted with dirt. Most of the furniture was in terrible condition! Sofa and loveseat both had springs either sticking up or depressed in every cushion. Broken arm chair. I called the housekeeper to come clean and give us more towels. That was an extra charge. Finally called the owner after trying to live with this for 4 days and left a message. The Manager didn’t return the call. I called again, she claimed to not receive the message. Okay but when I told her About the broken springs in the sofa, she claimed that they weren’t broken but inserted wrong. Talked about the stairs, the electric and the dirt. I asked for a discount due to these issues. She refused and downplayed every issue. I would just say inspect it before you rent it!

Disgusting property! Cockroaches, smelly sheet with hair, filthy furniture, rusty kitchen

I booked this property for an adult family Christmas vacation. We are all experienced travellers and have stayed in some questionable properties in the past, but none as dirty and worn out as this. The description and photos were completely misleading. The place is filthy and old, we found 3 cockroaches! The pillow cases were smelly, the sheets were full of hair and so worn out we had to cover them with our own things to be able to sleep. The furniture was dirty and old and we couldn't sit on the coaches as there were springs sticking out. The walls and the doors were filthy as well. We couldn't use the kitchen because it was sticky and the oven and dish rack were rusty. There was an open socket in the bathroom and a hole with wires. Hot water was not always available, and the sink and bathtub kept fluding. I called the owner to complain. She had me on the phone waiting (and paying!) while calling the cleaner to complain and hung up on me twice! We would have left immediately, but were unable to find another place to stay for 4 days, between Christmas and New Years in Ocho Rios. I have taken pictures of the place for proof. Horrible value for money. I claim a discount of at least 70%.

Location was perfect. Near to some great attractions. Very close to the beach and some lovely nearby evening venues like Margaritaville and Oceans 11. Apartment had good amenities and a lovely view overlooking the sea.would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the sandcastles life guard and pool rules were too strict which spoiled a lot of families fun as you were not allowed to use the pool slide or jump or dive in the pool even though it was 9ft at the deep end. We witnessed lots of families being told off on their first dsy for doing this and being disappointed.

Best Vacation Getaway

This exquisite tastefully decorated condo was paradise! Waking up to the sunrise and fresh sea breeze was priceless I slept like a baby and everything I needed was there to suit my comfort. Rachael was beyond hospitable! She made my arrangements for my car rental and ensured that my stay was everything that I desired. Being in the heart of Ocho Rios, I had experienced the best Jamaica had to offer – the nightlife, the people, the delectable cuisine- overall the culture. Simply amazing!!! This getaway was well-deserved but the experience is a must-have! See you in the near future, Rachael!

Superb

Words can’t describe our stay, you just have to experience it for yourself! Absolutely one of the best beachfront resorts in the heart of Ocho Rios. A true Jamaican bliss within walking distance to the nightlife, movies, shopping and dining. The Penthouse suite was impeccable and clearly exceeded our expectation. Waking up to the view of the Ocean and relaxing on the balcony in the morning was breathtaking. The sunset is second to none. How can we forget about the staff, and services. Our airport driver (Jimmy) was great not to mention Rachael who took care of everything to make our stay memorable. We were sad to leave, it was a visit to paradise. Then again, we have already made reservation to return :-).
