"I enjoyed my stay a lot whilst my husband didn't. The bathroom is really small for big people. Easy to make a mess on toilet luckily it's a wet room design so can clean easily. A step to access the toilet so not user friendly to elderly people. Bed was a double, still quite small for big people. Heating made the room really stuffy and warm, had to borrow a fan and opened room door to ventilate often. No Netflix, but can screen cast YouTube. Really like the buffet on 4F, convenience store on 2F, laundry facilities and public bath house on B1F. Sky pool not opened. Didn't use the gym but looked okay. Good location, decent price, overall I'm satisfied. There is a money currency exchange machine downstairs, didn't accept small bills but ok, very convenient, not bad rates but airport better. In neighbourhood there are restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Therefore very convenient. Easy access to central areas. One downside is early checkout time at 10am, we paid 4000yen for two hours extension, so checked out at 12pm."

"要先到14樓櫃檯check in才會給你房卡去該訂的樓層房間，每次進出飯店都要上14樓。 房間空間小，雖然質感好，設備齊全，小細節很棒，但是對於房務打掃的乾淨度感到非常擔憂，入住第三天3/15（日）早上吃完早餐回房間拿東西準備外出，看到中國籍房務正在打掃我們的房間，房門被敞開，進房間取物品時看到被子沒有被套的狀況下，被丟在地上？令人錯愕，房內茶杯跟泡茶壺被泡在洗手台裡，這個清潔方式令人擔憂，床底下一堆拖鞋沒有被丟掉，我們原本床上的襪子跟毛巾被丟在旁邊的沙發上，很糟心，非常破壞心情。 飯店竟然沒有飲水機可以使用，一天領取寶特瓶的水還被限制只能兩罐，這麼大間的飯店這麼小氣，連水都限制，快煮壺是全部塑膠做的，超級令人擔憂喝了塑化劑超標怎麼辦？假日晚上一晚收台幣8千元非常不值得，以後不會入住也不推薦大家踩雷。"
