"Very nice amenities and great view! Unfortunately, when we arrived, we didn’t know which home we were staying in. We just tried the pin at each of the lockboxes until it worked. It was later that we realized each of the homes had a different name (Pool, Sauna, Garden, etc.) The hot springs tub was lovely and my kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the free drinks were very nice. Also the taxi reservation helped a lot since we didn’t have a rental car. Thank you for...

"The location is great, only few minutes walking from the train station. Everything in the hotel is just right, not too much and not too little as well. I would stay at the hotel again if I visit Yufuin."

"ペットと一緒に泊まりました。室内も綺麗で、サウナも入れて、とてもよかったです。　来るまでの道も、ナビの通りでなく、ホームページの下に記載があった地図の通りに行ったら、スムーズに行けました。 ただ、山の上なので、携帯が通じない事を知らなくて、ドアのパスワード　スクショしてなかったので、携帯の通じるとこまで、降りないといけませんでした。部屋の中は、Wi-Fiがあるから困らないのですが。困った点は、それぐらいです。 また、機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。"
