"I love how convenient the location is from the subway station. Very close to Dotonbori. Kitchen staff are remarkable, especially Gerry or Jerry. He always make his way out to explain the breakfast especially those that are Japanese cuisine. Very knowledgeable of what their department has to offer. Overall facility is clean. Other than the very tiny space (which is normal in Japan), everything and everyone served remarkably. "

"Super nice property overlooking the river from Osaka. Definitely a bit further away from Dotombori and all of the other Osaka attractions but we wanted to stay a bit further out from the touristy area. It was a 10 minute walk from the station and we used that to go around Osaka for the day before heading back to Tokyo. Overall, good experience!"

Buffet breakfast was a surprising hit with our family (hotel buffets are usually mediocre from my experience but food was terrific here - totally recommend, great way to start the day). Staff is very friendly … would give full marks for this hotel!"

"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."
