"2nd time in this hotel, was definitely less good than the first time, dinner was amazing but breakfast had a lot of issues, my pregnant wife had bottle cap in her salad and our coffee we ordered for breakfast never came, expect more from an hotel at this price point, we will probably not come again "

"We had an exceptional stay from the moment we were warmly welcomed at check-in until our seamless departure. The hospitality was impeccable, and the thoughtful welcome drinks were a lovely touch rarely experienced in Japan hotels. The room was beautifully spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. My son especially loved enjoying his own onsen experience in the bathtub, which made our stay even more memorable. The refillable water provided by the hotel was another thoughtful convenience that we truly appreciated. The frequent shuttle service to Karuizawa train station added great ease to our travels and enhanced the overall experience. A truly wonderful stay that exceeded expectations — we look forward to returning again."

"Room space and amenities. Housekeeping was excellent. Very nice bar. Staff were friendly even with limited English. Enjoyed the private bath. Great location near to old Karuizawa street. Quiet luxury to sum up description of this boutique hotel."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, only a few minutes from the station, with a Lawson store right next to it and a supermarket nearby. The room is spotlessly clean and spacious. All the staff are nice and accommodating. They also provide a shuttle service to the station and to the Prince Ski Resort, which is very helpful. Our only comment is that we wish they could improve their breakfast service with better food options and presentation. Overall, it’s good value for money. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again."

"Tidy and room space"

"The room was different from the photos shown online. The layout was not the same nor the furniture shown. However it was clean and had all the basic amenities. My room was on the first floor and the people upstairs could be heard very easily walking around at night which was a bit loud. Besides that was okay, staff were friendly. "

"Great stay. I booked a room with open air bath and it came with the access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks. Snacks, beers and wine. The snacks there was amazing. Coz I booked two consecutive nites, they gave us access to the exclusive public bath, less ppl and with more privacy. The room was so clean and the staff were excellent. I was impressed by a staff Jaing, she was so helpful and always so enthusiastic and ready to help all the time when I saw her at the reception - check in and check out and when she was working at the executive lounge. The cleaning team was doing an excellent job. All of these made my stay so wonderful. "
