Staff was helpful and friendly and they could speak English. Hotel location is perfect which is only 5-7 min away from JR station by walk and 2 convenience stores are next to hotel. There is only 1 comment about the room setting: the bed is too close to the window and there is no heater near the window, so the cold air flows in the room...

「The room is a bit too small and is just enough for us to open the luggage. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. There is convenience store nearby.」
