“Muy caro y son abusivos. Te imponen propinas aunque no quieras darlas, y lo peor, las opciones son 18%, 20% y 22%. Los restaurantes del hotel muy caros. la limpieza de las habitaciones incompleta, dejan todo lo que esté en el piso ahí, desde ropa hasta basura, solo tienden las camas y secan el baño. La fachada del edificio se encuentra desgastada. Las instalaciones están bien, el lobby bien, las albercas y salida a la playa son bonitas, la playa muy linda. Habitaciones de tamaño suficiente.”

“We really liked this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A few things I didn’t like. We had tiny little red ants in our room, mainly in the bathroom. No free WiFi and no complimentary water for the room. Traveling with two little kids made that a little challenging. Will we come back though? Yes, definitely. The resort had a lot of amenities for the kids. The workout room had everything we needed and more! Had most of our lunches from Sea Breeze restaurant and not once disappointed.……

“The experience was extremely disruptive and disappointing. We originally booked and paid for an oceanfront room in the towers in the beach, but in the middle of the night the fire alarm began making a loud noise continuously, making it impossible to sleep. We were then told we had to move rooms at 1:15am, walk to a different wing of the hotel, across the marina and lobby, more than a 5 min walk away, and the replacement room was a partial intercoastal and partial ocean-view room, but a much……
