“Good ”

“The property was nice and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay. There were some issues with the property needing repair. The elevator would not go up from the 4th floor where the ice machine is located. The refrigerator door would not close properly. We had to push it to one side due to the hinges not lining the door up properly and the sink and tub were clogged. We asked to have the sink worked on. Maintenance came right to the room and fixed it as soon as we asked. The view was amazing……

“Rooms were clean, breakfast was pretty okay. The only thing I didn’t like is that the hot tubs jets didn’t work and it wasn’t very warm. ”

“One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. We were met with an argument/debate. Instead of saying, we will send somebody up to clean your room shortly we were met with an argument and accusations that we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which wasn't the case and she stated this before we even had giving her our room number. “Beautiful view of the beach from our room. Beach was also easily accessible anywhere from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was we never received any housekeeping services throughout our 5 day stay. ”

“Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10……
