"Property was not cleaned. Dirty linens were piled on beds and kitchen counter. Dirty towels were left in bathroom. The Vacasa placard indicated the last maid service was May 9 - over a month prior to our arrival. We contacted Vacasa, who indicated the local team would be contacting us and arriving to clean the space. We never heard from them, and at 11pm we were left with no choice but to spend the night in the uncleaned space. We contacted Vacasa again in the morning to indicate we were...

"Beautiful little cottage, lots to do on the property- our boys loved the mini golf and splashing in the river. It was very rugged terrain, but well maintained and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day! "
