Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. The property offers parking for two vehicles in the front and a boat slip in the back, accommodating one boat or possibly two smaller boats.

For guests traveling with pets, the front yard is fully gated and fenced, providing a secure space for your furry companions. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets to help maintain the cleanliness of the property.

Additionally, the property features a functional fish cleaning house conveniently located off the dock, making it easy for fishing enthusiasts to prepare their fresh catch.

There is a detached 1 bedroom cottage on the property that shares the fish cleaning station and washer/dryer.

Two assigned parking spaces clearly marked Cabin. Please do not park in the spaces marked cottage.

1. For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:

• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking.

3. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

4. No parties or events allowed.

5. Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 40 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.

6. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information.

7. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

8.
