The amenities like washer/dryer machine and water dispenser, for example, also contributed to the comfort of our stay at the hotel. "Staff. My room had a bad smell from bath room so I mentioned it at the front desk. They were apologetic and asked my permission to enter the room when I was out. While I was out for a few hours they fixed the issue and made my room comfortable. Not many hotel staff are prompt and act quickly "

"We were a little concerned that it wasn’t in the centre or the action but access was really easy and quick from Akabane station. We were there for 5 days. The room was small but comfortable. We had the room cleaned once and they did a good job. The other days fresh towels were left on the door. Lots of amenities in reception inc body creams, shoe shine, hair products. We didn’t use their pjs. Laundry was very good. Washing mc 200 yen, drier and detergent free. Breakfast was ok and you can help yourself to free drinks in the evening. Staff were very good, friendly. Would definitely stay again."

"If you are a foreigner looking for a budget hotel, stay at any APA. Very clean, very accommodating and accessible to surrounding areas. This one in particular was very nice, away from super crowded and touristy areas but still a chill part of Tokyo. "
