Convenient parking and good for shopping or dining, a little bit not good is the air-conditioning outlet is very dusty. The equipments of lavatory and bathroom are excellent. The staffs of the hotel are very nice and very friendly.

Amazing hotel with great pool/sauna
Amazing hotel with great staff and facilities. The pool has 4 different types of sauna (hot, steam, ice, stone) so the kids love it as well. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of varieties (beef curry is good) could be a bit better if more warm/hot Asian dishes. Parking is free and comfortable. The club lounge could make some improvements (better breakfast and wider beverages choices, takeaway coffee cups etc) and most importantly be a bit more family friendly, as children under 12 are asked to leave at 5pm. Can't even use the infinity pool. This was the biggest disappointment in the hotel. But overall, the hotel is amazing for the price and we will definitely return.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean! Even they put 4 beds in the room and still had space! The location was great and the ocean view was amazing. The amenities are great and loved the pool. Close walk to the beach and stores.

Great hotel, awesome views, nice staff and the rooms are set up really well. If you are in Okinawa for a convention it's a great location. But the location is not as good as other island oceanfront hotels

スタッフさん皆さんめちゃくちゃ丁寧に接客してくださいましたし、皆さん笑顔でプロすぎました！！！お部屋も、ラウンジも、プールも、朝食も最高です！！！特にご飯がめちゃくちゃ美味しい！！！沖縄はよくきますが、コスパ良いのにこのクオリティはえぐすぎるかも！！施設も接客もご飯も高級ホテル並み！特に思ったのは、ビシッとスーツ着られた、明らか役職ついてるっぽい方が、プールに向かって歩いてる私達の前にたまたまパッと出てこられた時にわざわざ立ち止まって笑顔でお辞儀してくれたことが特に印象的でした！見た目が子供っぽいからといって差別化せず一お客様として立ち振る舞って下さったことが印象的でしたし、このホテルのスタッフさんや施設のクオリティに納得がいきました！丁寧な接客の中で喋りやすさがあるフレンドリーさだったので本当に楽しく過ごさせて頂きました！普通にまた来たい！難点は比較的街中にあるホテルなので車、バイクの音がするのでリゾート感求めるならって感じです！その代わり周りになんでもあるので便利です！あと空港からも近いです！！どういった旅行内容にしたいかで選べばいいかなと思います！ホテル自体は本当にめちゃくちゃ良いですし、オススメでしかないです！おせわになりました！ありがとうございました^_^

あいにくの天気でも、海はキレイに見えて素敵でした！晴れてたらもっと凄かっただろうな お風呂上がりにバルコニーでゆっくりできたのもよかったです。 たくさん飲食店があるわけではないですが地元料理を食べれる店もあり満足！ バーがランク上の部屋を利用しないと使えないので、それだけが残念だったかな。飲みたかった笑
