Wonderful villa with fantastic privacy
Very private with exceptional service and a great location. Furniture is Japanese and the bed hard but that can be overlooked. Absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. A must for couples. Leave the kids home.

本当に素晴らしいサービス
今回3度目の滞在でした。施設の素晴らしさだけではなく、スタッフの皆様毎回きめ細やかな心配りをして下さり、見慣れたスタッフの皆さんと再会出来てとてもゆったりとした時間を過ごすことが出来ました。初めての滞在でも、複数回目の滞在でも、チェックアウトの時には、また戻って来たいと思わせてくれるホテルだと思います。

いつも最高です
今回で3回目の滞在でした。 お値段は高いですが、お部屋もプライベートプールもとても素敵で、心の底からゆっくり過ごせます。冷蔵庫の中のドリンクが飲み放題で、スナックが食べ放題なのも嬉しいです。 ブセナテラスではちんすこうが頂けるので、ウザテラスさんでもサービスでホテルオリジナルのちんすこうが頂けたら嬉しいです。 また伺いたいです！

素晴らしいホテルですが、、、、
今回2度目の滞在です。コロナの事もあり通常営業ではなく、周りにもお店がない場所なので事前に食事の件を問い合わせしましたが、あまり宿泊者よりの対応ではなく、晩御飯のメニューは数に限りがあるので強く予約を勧められ、内容についてはホームページを見た方がよく分かりますとバッサリされました。当日チェックインの時は晩御飯を予約しているのに、マニュアル通り最初から晩御飯のメニューについての説明と、既に選んだメニューのチラシまで渡されました。 きっとコロナじゃなければとても素晴らしいホテルだと思います。

２度目の滞在。県内在住。
沖縄コロナ感染拡大中なので家族だけで過ごせるウザテラスへ宿泊しました。 自然の中なので虫はしょうがないけど同じようなヴィラの中では1番気にならなかったです。 前回それを聞いたらLED仕様とのことで虫が集まりにくいと話されてました。 今回も快適にゆっくり過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。

プール付きのヴィラは予想以上に快適でした。海外で過ごす事が多いですが、このホテルなら日本も良いなと思えます。 スタッフも親切でとても良い雰囲気を保っています。これから期待するのは、食事面の改善です。ルレ・シャトーに縛られているのか、中途半端なメニューが多く素直に美味しいと思えるメニューが少ないです。 これは他の方のコメントにも多く書かれていますので、是非きちんと改善に取り組んでほしいです。 味の感じ方は人により様々ですが、美味しいか、は割と皆共通に認識しあえるものなので、気のせいではないはずです。

贅沢な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
スタッフの方の爽やかな笑顔と丁寧な接客に、コロナ対策を考えた室内清掃など、非常に快適に過ごせました。 夏場はゴルフウエアが汗で濡れるので室内の洗濯機は非常に便利で助かりました。 お食事もとても美味しくていつもより食べ過ぎてしまいました(o^^o)

素敵なヴィラとプール
一度は宿泊したいホテルでした。まだ部屋付きのプールには、入るのは少し寒いかなぁと思っていましたが、温水プールは楽しめました。　入っている時は、良いのですが、やはり上がると寒いです。　プールを満喫するには、もう少し気温が上がってからの方が良いかと。 　レストランはドレスコードが厳しく、男性は襟付きのシャツ、ジャケットが必須。　主人は用意が無かった為、お部屋に用意してもらい食べました。結果せっかくのヴィラゆっくり出来て良かったです。　　とは言え次回はきちんと用意をしてレストランでと思ってます。　スタッフの方とも色々なお話が出来て楽しかったです。　次回はもう少し暖かくなったら是非行きたいです。

ホスピタリティに感動しました！赤ちゃん連れだったので、ベビーベッド、オムツ捨て、除菌器、調乳器、デカフェのセット、赤ちゃんを起こさないようにチャイムを鳴らすかどうかの確認まで、きめ細かくケアしてくださいました。キッチンも付いていて部屋食もできるので小さい子供連れには最適です♪
