This whimsical home on almost 1 full acre boasts floor to ceiling windows, original blue bathroom from the 50s, pool is (SEASONAL, closed for 2025) closed mid Sept 2025. hot tub is all year round. Outside bar and glorious landscaping. Beautyrest soft and plush king size bed, 'mid-firm' queen bed for your mattress options, heated toilet seat & towel rack, ice machine, 4 smart tvs. Experience this time warp at Martha's Place!
I advise during winter months to purchase travel protection incase of cancellations you can get refunded.
More details: This is on one Acre close to woods, please keep that in mind. We have wild turkeys, deer. If that bothers you do not book here. We have a lawn crew that comes every two weeks in the summer, we try and let guests know but sometimes the crew does not tell us when they are coming. POOL is SEASONAL and will be open in the middle of May as of now. (The pool cover ripped off during the storms a few weeks ago and we haven’t gottena new one bc it’s almost pool season so it’s not the prettiest, bc of that we are trying to open it the beginning of May) it is a retro style pool that gets very deep-we do supply rafts. We do take videos before each guest after each cleaning.
**We do allow guests but there is a max of 10 during the summer and there is an extra fee**
**no parties**-We live nearby and will know. Forest Park has a strict short term rental policy that we strive to abide by.
**No late checkouts or early check-ins during pool season. It may be possible during off season**
*no oils or lotions or bubbles in the hot tub, if we have to have it cleaned there is $100 fee*
*if you stain our sheets or comforter there will be a $50 charge per room*
We love our fury friends but please note there is not a total fenced off area, pets need to be leashed outside at all times.

We have 4 security outdoor cameras. One by the carport side door, one in the frontyard, one facing the driveway on the south side and one at the pool by the hammock area. Thank you for your understanding and if you have questions please ask.
