“This is my second stay at this hotel, and the service remains impeccable, especially in terms of room cleanliness and organization. The breakfast menu varies every other day, which is a nice touch. However, I was slightly disappointed that the live egg-cooking station by the chef has been discontinued. Overall, it is an excellent hotel and a great choice for anyone visiting Tachikawa City in Tokyo.”

"I booked 2 nights 3 rooms with my family. But no car park was provided. I spend 2000 yen per night for parking my car with 3 mins distance. The staff always said car park was full when it was 4pm. Check in time was 3pm. But I observed that some car park slots were used by non resident. And I even found that a free car park ticket was passed to other people when his car was left the car park. I don't know if there was corruption or abuse element in using the carpark. But I was disappointed as I booked the hotel because it had car park parking overnight."
