Absolutely loved our one night stay here. Even though there was a heat wave, the air conditioner worked enough to be able to sleep. Great camping experience! Waking to the sunlight highlighting the teepee print was the best way to start the day.

My review is based on the fact that I made a reservation, called to confirm for a late check-in, was told that there are no rooms available and that the reservation shouldn’t have been made by Expedia, and was told that a refund would be issued, and I have not received the refund.

We stayed in the raven tipi for one night to break up a journey from Yosemite to LA. A great experience for a family. The area is remote (off the 395) and close to Death Valley National park. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed an early morning swim the day we left in a large pool. The bar and cafe does serve some food and there’s a garage close by where supplies can be bought. It was good value for a family of 5. It is not a hotel don’t expect a 5* hotel. Definitely an experience we’ll remember - staying in a tipi in a remote desert.

Only criticism I have is the Tipis need coffee in the morning. A Keurig would be nice. The food was phenomenal, best fries we have had in a long time, and my bacon chicken wrap was super tasty 😋 The host was very friendly and helpful.

Cute concept with nice teepee's, but there's a lot of improvements that the place needs. 1) This does NOT have AC like the listing claimed. It has swamp coolers which didn't even work - the cooler was extremely noisy and didn't produce any cold air. We were pretty hot in the tent. 2) Lots of ants! Toilet was covered in ants, bathrooms were pretty rough condition, same with the overall site - there's a lot of neglected maintenance. 3) Our tent was given to someone else so our spot wasn't available, but at least they were able to upgrade us. 4) Cost is pretty high for staying in a tent with bare bones. 5) Pool looked very questionable, it was overflowing and I don't think anyone ever uses it. Pluses: Sheets were nice and appeared clean.
