Certainly not a 10 rating!!!!
I first will say that I did not do my due diligence in renting this property. I failed to do a google earth search because I would have seen that there were 2 properties on one pice of land separated by about 13meters. I also,should have looked into the one and only rating which was a 10. This place had so many issues that we would have given it no more than a 3-4.
This house is rented through Happy Rentals which is a large rental agency. I failed to realize that it was not owner represented until after I executed the rental. My bad! The check in was through a series of videos on how to arrive, obtain the keys and which gates to open and close. I was never offered a personal check-in and I probably would have declined the offer. However from the first moment, 8 identical keys to figure out which one opens the front door and then absolutely NO information on the surrounds area for shopping, history, restaurant, places to visit. The kitchen lack many items with which to cook (such as sharp knives, pots with lids, prep dishes or a stopper to fill the sink with water to wash dishes. The refrigerator condensed water on the roof and constantly soaked everything inside and there was a sheet of ice inside of the refrigerator. The on demand hot water system or the shower faucets frequently left you scalded or frozen. One bathroom sink was leaking and one toilet water feed failed to seal and would keep us awake at night by constantly refilling the water closet.
