The air conditioner in one room worked excellent! But didn't work well in the main bedroom. The view was spectacular, but we didn't notice any vinyards. Juat ocean and the scenic boardwalk area.

Great and price worthy stay!

We stayed there for two nights and had a great time. Check in went smooth, just make sure to speak to the host and inform when you arrive so you get the code for easy access. Our room wasnt ready yet because we arrived very early but we were allowed in to leave our bags so we could explore the city. I was very happy with our stay.

Great location and comfortable stay

My recent stay at La promenade through Hotels.com was overall fantastic. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing ample space and amenities for a comfortable stay. However, there was a minor issue with the shower as water was seeping from beneath the shower door onto the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this, the rest of the room was extremely clean and inviting. In addition, the hotel was situated in a great scenic location and provided a spacious equipped balcony which overlooked the sea and bustling city of olbia. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel, finding it to be extremely comfy and providing a relaxing environment for my trip.

This property was right on the Promenade and was super clean and recently remodeled. They do not have a front desk reception area, but they were extremely good at answer the phone provided to get the code to the front door and to your room. I read some past travelers complain about not having a front desk. But these were clearly not seasoned travelers that needed to have their hands held. Great room, great location, and great price. I would definitely stay here again if I were in Olbia.

The only good thing about this hotel was its location in Olbia, close to the city center and the airport. The shower was practically falling apart, and there was no reception or staff to assist you upon arrival or departure ( everything was done through watsapp). The place feels enclosed, the air conditioning was too small to properly cool the room, and although we always managed to find parking when renting a car, it was located a bit far from the property. The pizza owner next to this property was very kind and friendly with us as he helped us with getting situated upon arrival.

This was a nice stay on the Olbia waterfront. The property could use some fine tuning, in respect to level of hospitality.

Nice overnight stay

Highly recommended, this clean and inviting place in a great area of Olbia. We stayed only for 1 night on our journy and were enjoying the Pizzaria with very friendly staff in the same house and the promenade right in front of the place. in the evening there were some places with music close, seems to be a lively area of the city, but the accomodation was very quiet. Friendly owner.

We liked the location though our room had no view and no access to roof. Communication about check in wasn’t great and we had to wait for agent so we could pay. The bathroom was v spacious, looked good but shower leaked constantly making a noise at night. Good air con.

I don't understand why this place has positive reviews. It shows up as it would be a hotel, but there is no concierge or anyone to greet you-and no one spooke any English. There was no opportunity to get security because there was no information about anything. There was no way to lock the door to the room, and as a single woman traveling alone, I felt incredibly unsafe. I pushed the chair against the door with all of my suitcase. That is Seth. At least I would hear if somebody was coming in. Who knows who else has the code to my room??? I could not sleep amd had to be leave prematurely. I folded all the unused towels that the non-English speaking person happened to be present for another gues. to me provided so that the unit would be clean and they would not have to use resources to clean items I did not use. It was a horrible experience one of the worst I've ever had. On top of that they sent me a text message that was incredibly rude. I do not recommend this place for anyone unless you're planning to sell at a hostel

Très bonne communication avec la réception. Nous avions oublié de confirmer la veille mon horaire d’arrivée. Après discussion nous avons rapidement reçu les codes d’accès. Nous avons une grandes chambre avec une grande salle de bain en rendez chaussé. La chambre est situé à proximité de nombreux restaurants et bar, ainsi que de la rue principale et la promenade d’Olbia.

Bien mais pas pour la climatisation

L'appartement est très bien le check in se fait rapide et le code après avoir téléphone il dispose d'une super terrasse mais le gros bémol les climatisations même a 18 (le mini) ne refroidissent quasi rien on a eu chaud comme pas possible et du coup impossible de dormir

Det var ett fint och städat rum. Tyvärr var det hårda sängar, platta kuddar och en väldigt högljudd AC som var svår att sova till. Bra pris men ändå under förväntningar. Svårt att komma i kontakt med boendet om man inte ringde dom direkt. Tips till andra resenärer är att prioritera en balkong.
