Lovely villa with a fabulous view!

This villa was just what we needed! When they showed us the huge pool and the extra deck spaces we couldnt believe it was only for our use, but it was true! The villa was clean, kitchen well stocked and the balcony was wonderful. We asked the host to put the two twins in the upstairs room together to make a king and it was no problem. Plenty of towels and bedding. We were a little surprised that the third bedroom was down an outside set of stairs, but it was not a problem for our group. The unit is at the very end of the complex so lots of privacy and peace but be prepared to carry your luggage a good ways : ) We loved being outside of the city of Olbia (about 30 min drive) and it was a good launchjng point for our day trips around the island. Overall GREAT stay and the host was VERY helpful and communication was easy. Thanks!!

Amazing stay

Great property in a really beautiful setting. The view is simple stunning and the pool was really great. Very quiet and calm place and the beach was also pretty quiet. Good comms and quick responses to any questions that arose. Would definitely recommend and we would love to return!

Incredible ocean views, terrace and pool!

This place was magically beautiful with sweeping ocean views, clean pool and large covered terrace. We were 3 couples so 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms was perfect. Two rooms had twin beds with one room down outdoor stairs. Our host Lorena was proactive and promptly responsive. The wifi wasn’t working after a lightning storm and she was organising a fix as soon as possible.

This villa is ideally situated being close to Olbia airport and supermarkets and yet in a very quiet area. We hired a car and ate delicious Sardinian food in the nearby restaurants during our two week stay. The villa itself is stylish and comfortable with a stunning view. The only downside is that the swimming pool was too cold for us to swim in mid-September. The villa host was accessible and very helpful at all times.

Beautiful view

We had a lovely stay in Lorenas place. Lorena was taking very good care of us and was available during the whole stay. The house i placed in a very wellkept resort with the most wonderful view of the ocean. Only disappoint was the private pool, which was too cold for our children to swim and play in during october.

Villa romantica was all that and more!

Lovely three bedroom, well appointed villa. We loved the natural landscape which provided the utmost privacy. Beautiful views. Quiet area. Nice little restaurant that’s a two minute walk from the front door. Pool was crystal clear and clean. A five minute walk to the beach. The covered patio was a perfect way to start your day with coffee, and end with a bottle of wine. Views from every room! Lorena was always available for any and all questions we had regarding the island. Would highly recommend!

Bellissima struttura 🌞

È stata una settimana stupenda, con 2 adolescenti e nonno. La struttura è bellissima per tutte le fasce d’età! Una zona strategica, vicino al aeroporto, 15 min in macchina, la bellissima spiaggia con accesso diretto dalla casa a neanche 5 min, con noleggio lettini (Roberto Soro) e gommoni, Sup e canoe. Ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La casa è silenziosissima, letti comodissimi, e la terrazza gode di una vista e tramonto spettacolare, e non dimentico la splendida piscina e il giardino accuratissimo e grande che fa parte della casa! E poi la gentilezza e disponibilità della Proprietaria la Sig.ra Lorena!! Ci ha dato ottimi consigli per ristoranti e spiagge!! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a tutti, ci tornerò sicuramente! Grazie Sig.ra Lorena!!

Wunderbares Domizil direkt an der Küste mit schönen Stränden

Ein wunderbares Appartement mit eigenem Pool in einer großzügigen und sehr schönen Wohnanlage. Über einen etwas steilen Steinweg sind mehrere Strände schnell zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für eine Familie mit mehreren Kindern perfekt. Für Kleinkinder allerdings weniger geeignet und ein Auto ist in Sardinien ein Muss.. Die Küche ist etwas eng. Zumindest in der Hauptsaison gibt es fussläufig mehrere Restaurants. Wir waren in der ersten Oktoberhälfte da und hatten nicht nur gutes Wetter. In der nächsten Ortschaft gab es noch geöffnete sehr gute Restaurants, z.B. das Est Istana (Abends ab 17.30 Uhr!). Die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam und gab hilfreiche Tipps, vielen Dank Lorena!

Paradiso terrestre

We - a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) - enjoyed an awesome 1-week holiday in Villa Romantica. We felt warmly welcome right from the start, from the booking and first contact with Lorena over the welcome and introduction in situ through Mauro which was just perfect. And the perfect experience went on. We loved the house, the included equipment and the surroundings right from the beginning. We enjoyed every day and loved to live the Sardinian way for one week. The most perfect thing about the house and our stay? THE VIEW. When you sit down on the terrace and inhale the peace and quiet of the deep blue sea, the pittoresque little boats anchoring in the bay and the catching landscape of Sardinia just in front of you - then you know you've arrived, and your wonderful holiday is just about to start. And it goes on like this until the end... Perfect for reloading your batteries, diving into a terrestial paradise plus feeling like an interimistic house owner and Sardinian native :-)

Niemals für 6 Erwachsene

Unser Reihenhaus lag in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Unser Pool und auch der Ausblick war ein Traum. Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen geflogen. Das Souterrainzimmer war niemals für Erwachsene gedacht. Mein Mann wäre viel zu gross für die Betten, die aussahen als wären sie Couchen. Das Badezimmer war ein Witz. Auch die oberen Badezimmer hatten sehr enge Duschkabinen in denen man nicht zu viel Umfang haben durfte. Also, diese „Haus“ ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gedacht, aber niemals für 6 Erwachsene. Unser Urlaub war trotzdem schön, und man darf den Italienischen Standard nie mit unserem vergleichen.

a lovely place with fantastic view and convenient for the wonderful beach

We've stayed in many villas over the years in Spain, Portugal and South of France.... Often more expensive, but few with such a fantastic view and feel. Inside the house is nicely laid out with high quality crockery, a nice compact kitchen, and lovely bathrooms. The outside lounging and dining area is nice and cool and looks out over the bay. The residence is very well maintained and in mid September was virtually empty with the Italian holidays finished.i would recommend this villa to friends.

Paradies zum Erholen mit traumhaften Ausblick

Das sehr gepflegte Haus liegt an der Spitze in einem ruhigen, landschaftlich schön gelegenen Häuserkomplex und ist toll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über einen privaten Pool, von dem man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den schönen Sandstrand der Ortschaft hat. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub und Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Beschreibung im Internet entspricht voll und ganz den Tatsachen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem die Kombination aus Ruhe, Pool, Meer und Strand war genau richtig für uns. Landschaftlich ist Sardinien ein Traum. Das Haus ist von Olbia mit dem Auto aus leicht zu erreichen, Claudia hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles in Ruhe erklärt. Italienisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Wer daher abseits von Alltagsstress einen ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt gönnen will, ist hier genau richtig.

Die Villa Romantica ist eine wunderschöne, grosse Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Pool und fantastischem Blick aufs Meer. Ideal für Erholungssuchende. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Supermarkt und Restaurant innerhalb der Feriensiedlung, weitere Restaurants in den nächsten Ortschaften.
