This contemporary apartment is in an attractive resort, just 500m from Marinella Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Sardinia. The apartment sleeps 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. The traditional-style resort has a shared pool and is close to the glamorous Costa Smeralda, so guests can relax in peace and then venture out to the lively towns nearby.
The apartment consists of an open-plan living area which is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, a dining table and fitted kitchenette. The kitchenette, to the side of the living area, is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, Moka coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
Double glass doors open from the living room onto the shaded private balcony. This acts like an outdoor sitting/dining area as there is a table for meals al fresco or just sitting and enjoying the view over the lovely Sardinian hillside.

Location
The villa is just a 5-minute walk from Marinella Bay. Here you can rent surfboards, canoes and dinghies, so it is an ideal beach for families looking for active fun.
The nearby resort town of Porto Rotondo (8 minutes) is at the southern tip of the famous Costa Smeralda. The town has an internationally renowned marina and cobbled streets packed with fashionable boutiques, restaurants and bars. It is a great place to people watch or shop at the summer night markets.
Alternatively, in Olbia (15 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. Olbia also offers plenty of options for entertainment and some lively cafés in the Piazza Matteotti.
Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive. The port in Golfo Aranci has a ferry service to Livorno in Tuscany.
