First the host Yonder violated our rental agreement by requesting I not plug my electronic vehicle into one of the external outlets. They erroneously claimed it was a fire hazard. My response was for that to be a fire hazard there would have to be multiple code violation in the wiring assuming the vehicle would not properly scan the circuit and only draw what the circuit could support.When I tried to use the electric range to cook, I could not get it to turn on. I eventually bounced the circuit and the TV went out. To be code compliant the range MUST be on a dedicated circuit:https://w w w .ncosfm.gov/b-20-2023-nec-fiscal-note/open?utm_sourcechatgpt.comhttps://w w w.ecmag.com/magazine/articles/article-detail/codes-standards-sizing-conductors-part-xxiii?utm_sourcechatgpt.comThe jitter from th TV and whatever else was on the circuit was causing the control board on the range to become non-responsive. I had to bounce the circuit about every other day.Regarding the outside plug, my vehicle was charging on was not labeled on the breaker box and there was no external GFI circuit. Another code violation:https://w w w.ncosfm.gov/electrical/2023-state-electrical-code-amendments/open?utm_sourcechatgpt.comMy guess is this was another code violating integrated circuit.I would rate the house as 2 Stars and Yonder as 1 Star.
