Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This is on the 2nd floor of the home. Be some of the first guests to stay at this newly remodeled home. This home is divided into separate apartment units. Kitchen is brand new and stocked for your basic cooking needs. Two private rooms include a queen size bed and full size bunk bed. The couch also has a pull out bed for up to 2 people. Perfect for families with children. Come enjoy the popular local town and beach!

L'emplacement est vraiment top pour l'accès au centre ville de Old Orchard. Le stationnement est à l'arrière et accessible. Par contre, malgré les rénovations récentes, l'appartement n'est pas très bien entretenu. Le logement est affiché pour 8 personnes, mais à 7 (4 adultes et 3 enfants), nous ne pouvions pas être confortable (table à dîner trop petite, lit bof bof, environnement bruyant).

The location is great. It could be cleaner for the 150 that is charged for cleaning. The AC in the living room didn’t work very well so my husband took out the filter to clean it and it was very dirty. Didn’t help it work better. The place is ok our teenager gave it a 5 out of 10. I had to message host to get check in information and again for check out information.

Nice location

Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants which helped with parking since it was not guaranteed other guests had taken up the lot behind the place and street parking was hard to catch sometimes. Place was very clean and cozy.

Perfect location for a beach getaway!

This property was the perfect location for our beach mini vacation! The property manager was super accommodating, there was plenty of space and it was easy to get where you needed to go both at night and during the day. One thing to note - this is on the second floor so we kept our beach stuff in the car overnight. Also, folks on the first floor were super sensitive to us walking around with shoes on and it was communicated to us during our stay. We had just 4 of us and the kids were teenage boys who could walk more quietly. May be challenging with smaller kids.
