Inside, discover a haven of relaxation and entertainment. Drift off to sleep in cozy beds, and enjoy the soothing ambiance throughout the home. Embrace the nostalgic charm of our record player, indulge in plush robes for added comfort, and unwind with movie nights on the OLED smart TV. For a restful night's sleep, our bedrooms feature convenient sound machines.

Reminders:

Shared Laundry Room: Located in the basement. Guests are kindly requested to clean up after each use and be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10 PM, out of consideration for the downstairs neighbor.

Locked Heat Thermostats: For safety reasons, the heat thermostats in the kids' bedroom and kitchen are locked due to their proximity to furniture. Accessible areas include Bedroom 1, bathroom, entry, and the split. Please note that water pressure may be affected when a train passes by.

Pura Air Refreshers: We provide Pura air refreshers that can be controlled via phone for your convenience. Please be aware that security may occasionally disconnect during storms. In such cases, we'll promptly work to reconnect it; however, this shouldn't affect your ability to enter or exit the property.

Parking: Only one parking spot is available. Our association strictly enforces parking policies. In cases where there may be multiple vehicles, guests can use the parking spot parallel to the street in the front for unloading for 15 minutes. After unloading, vehicles must be moved near OOB center.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the premises.

Packages: We are not responsible for any packages that are delivered to the home.

Considerations: Please be mindful of noise levels as there is a neighbor residing in the unit below.
