「We can highly recommend staying here. The place is very cozy, and the people at the homestay are so kind. The rooms have everything you need, and you can order food and drinks that tasted really great. We would definitely recommend it. 」

「They deliberately provide a totally wrong address, which is in the middle of city, but when we get there at night, there is no such a hotel, after a google search, we figured out it’s actually 10 km away. We have to hire two motorcycles to get there.when we get there, it actually in the middle of cemetery, a lot of dogs around, and it’s extremely dangerous for us. And there is no hot water too, and sofa was hold with a few breaks.」

「in general it is fine, but the wifi & room service has to be improved. the wifi is too weak, and after the staff clean up our room, they forgot to give us the new towel. when we called the receptionist, they kept finding the excuse and asked us to wait for tomorrow, although they gave us the new towel finally. 」

「My family enjoyed stay 2 nights, with dining at resort. We also liked the environment, so we could transport by waling or electric car with request. We went to Dino Park and Safari 2 times in 3 days, my boys loved it. The foods were good in their price, we ordered to our room and went to their restaurant to have dinner. 」

「It is out there by itself. There are several shops and restaurants on the massive property. Grounds are gorgeous. 」

「Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. 」

「Amazing new property in gorgeous secluded area of Mui Ne. Staff were incredible (especially the front office manager Audrey). So helpful. Vietnam is a special place with super professional and friendly people. Will definitely go back to this property with friends.」

「Villaen ligger lidt væk fra supermarkeder, restauranter og begivenheder, men det var perfekt for os. Vi brugte Grab og havde lejet scootere, så vi nød stilheden og roen omkring os. Udlejer var utrolig serviceminded og nem at komme i kontakt med. De var alle sammen behjælpelige med alt - døgnet rundt. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet.」

「第一天入住的時候，凌晨3點多的時候冷氣忽然停了！我們大家都熱醒了。然後就打電話求助，最後反正就是有很大的問題不能解決，夜晚解決不了，要第二天的早上9點才能解決。然後我們等了大概30分鐘才把風扇運過來。其實第二天都還是沒有空調，非常的熱。然後第二天的早上又有人按鈴說要打掃，我們覺得很騷擾。可能因為凌晨沒有空調熱死了，都沒有好好休息一下子被門鈴弄醒了，所以大家都心情比較煩躁。 第二天雖然都主動跟我們安排換別墅，經理還跟我們道歉送了瓶紅酒給我們，換了的房間好很多，雖然空調不知道為什麼早上醒來的時候都自動關閉了。。。。。。我們反正就是睡2天而已，所以就沒有追究下去了。 另外，這家酒店的英文程度不太好，比較難溝通。」
