「Excellent place if you like to be home away from home :) Nice area, close to city center, helpful staff. Everything went smoothly. Hotel employees made sure we had good transfer from and to airport. Apartment was clean, with comfortable beds, and amazing view to the city & mountains. If we visit Tbilisi again, definately coming back to this place. 」

「Excellent stay at the Swissotel Tbilisi. Very convenient location 20 minute walk to the old town, very well appointed and modern rooms, and a great breakfast. The service by the staff was of a high standard as well, particuarly Mariam at Concierge. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to any visitors to the city.」

Our room was small, but big enough for a couple. The location of the hotel is very good, in a walking distance to many attraction. Bottom line: highly recomended! 」

「We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible...

「By far one of my favourite places to stay in Georgia. Room was spectacularly clean with two free waters, nice hotel staff. Only issue was I found what looked like ants all around the fridge and desk as I was about to check-out, likely from my open pack of skittles. So tip: dont leave any open foods, or u might end up in the same situation as I was! Still 5 stars.」

「Das Hotel hatte alles was man braucht. Frühstück war kompakt, aber es gibt für jeden etwas, um satt zu werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Anbindung ist perfekt. Man ist fußläufig, per Bus und per Transfer(Bolt) schnell an den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen 」

Additionally, the location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing, as it sits right in the heart of the city.」

「Amazing hotel tucked away down a quiet street but in walking distance to attractions in Tblisi. Staff were so friendly and helpful particularly as Expedia mucked up our booking. Roof top pool and bar was a welcome relief after sightseeing for the day. Highly recommend!」

「The staff are very helpful and nice, the room is big and the balcony view is nice, and the location of the hotel is quite good, walk to old town around 5-8 mins, and many restaurant which is near hotel, walk around 3 mins, overall is good, the main problem is the washroom, the floor drain is quite slow」
