"This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return."

We were able to walk to all our destinations with 3 young kids in tow. The house was wonderful and had all the things we needed for our 3 night, 4 day stay. The beds were very comfortable as well."

"Great residential quiet location for walking everywhere in the historic district. The house is well kept, bedrooms are large with 2.5 baths. Patio is a great relaxing private spot. My only issue is we had a hard time with the door lock upon arrival but staff was accommodating and helped us through the process."

"Would suggest a different window covering for the front bathroom. One that provides more privacy. FYI - plaster was falling down the fireplace in the sitting room. Are you aware there is a black cat that sits on the furniture on the deck, leaving black hair on the cushions. We didn’t use the deck because the cushions were dirty."

We have stayed at a lot of properties in Sea Pines before and this one was by far the nicest home and the most convenient location. The house was very clean and everything was brand new including the comfortable mattresses. We didn't need for a thing in the kitchen because it was fully stocked with every last detail and they offered a lot of little extras as well. "The house is in a great location. Right by the beach and this portion of the beach is not busy. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 14 of us. However, the beds are very uncomfortable. If you book this property bring air mattresses."

"This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The...

Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. "
