“We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was extremely comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. Had a beautiful balcony to look out of. And it was very clean with daily treats, being left and flowers on our pillows. The staff was extremely helpful with information on where to eat, where to go for the best beaches and information on the areas .Very friendly, very helpful. However the best part, was the queen of the castle Voula the cat!”

“Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

“This was a cute and very clean room in the middle of Old Town Chania. Perfect location, one block from the harbor. The room was cleaned every day and there was a lovely terrace for coffee. George responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Perfect location in the centre of the old town, walking almost straight line to the bus station. To be in the old town need to trade location with size and condition of the building, but not in this one , ultra modern amazing architecture on a well preserved archeological site . My room was standard but it was very spacious which is something you don’t expect from a centrally located hotel . Very clean , quiet for its location in the centre of everything apart from empty bottles collection at……

“Es handelt sich um ein altes Gebäude das liebevoll restauriert wurde. Direkt am alten Hafen und doch ruhig. Man musste in unser Zimmer zwar steile Treppen steigen, dafür war die Aussicht fantastisch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut , in schönem Ambiente. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das kleine Hotel empfehlen.”

“很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。”

“Eleni was great and very accommodating. She answered all our questions straight away and helped make our stay completely stress free. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We had an excellent night's sleep. The hotel was in the old town on a quiet pedestrian street with a nice balcony, great to watch the world go by from.”

“Stunning property, down to the smallest details. Location is excellent, you into a charming courtyard to get into the property. As soon as you leave the property you’re in the old town but perfectly located to avoid noise from the busy streets, but have access to everything with ease. Parking nearby is easy, and you’re near a local street market every Saturday. Some 10/10 brunch and coffee spots nearby. The reception team were amazing so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!”

“The location of Scala de Faro could not be beat in Chania! We took the steps directly to the harbor. Rooms were clean and comfortable - and the included breakfast was a highlight!”

“The location is great and the place is very clean. The only downside is that there’s no elevator. With my elderly mom and luggage to the fourth floor, it’s a struggle.”

“Very central and well located. Staff are veryy nice. Will come here again. The only negative point which didnt get them a 10/10 is the bathroom ventilation. The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it. Everything else was perfect”
