“Mutrah central location is great for the touristic activities. For the remote Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the reception was helpful in arranging a taxi. As the other review wrote, basement bar noise continued around 4 a.m. though I was on the 4th floor and the noise might have been bearable somehow. The reception seemed not familiar to the Expedia pre-payment arrangement. So, you may be better to have your Expedia booking confirmation handy. Hot shower needed more than 5 minutes to come out. I……

“It is an amazing and beautiful hotel. We met the most nice staff there. Every staff we met and chatted are very kind and helpful. The services we received from the chief concierge Mr. Mimouni Youssef and Mr. Ankit from laundry depot are very impressed. They are knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed our stay with them as well as the hotel very much.”
