“Room was very nice, layout well thought out, clean, very comfortable, bright, and airy. Appeared to be newly renovated. Staff were friendly. The only negative was that the pool was not open yet. We would happily stay here again next year.”

“Pro: Front desk staffs and lifeguards are great. Cons: The room isn’t clean! We found a lollipop stick on top of the bed frame (it shows housekeeper isn’t carefully checking) and a tiny spider. Housekeeper took our used towels but didn’t replace new ones. Didn’t refill water bottles, didn’t refill bathroom essentials! We are kinda disappointed in the water park, not much to do except lazy river. There is only 1 pool, pretty small.”

“The room and property were very clean. The office has a great coffee machine and ice machine. The A/C worked very well. The shower was amazing! The shower pressure and temperature were really great! The staff was great too. The owners and staff were super accommodating and welcoming! I will definitely stay here again.”

“I arrived at the property and was immediately disappointed. I didn't check -in. No elevator to the 2nd floor. I had several bags. The property looked run down. I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia. I will no longer use Expedia and other on-line booking outlets. Just cannot rely on the hotel ratings.”

“Loved having the continental breakfast each morning. The only thing is that they need to change up the options every few days, instead of having the same exact thing every single morning. All of the staff were really friendly, the beds and pillows were comfortable.”

“The owner was helpful and friendly. The place was so unique and interesting. It’s amazing how they were able to convert a church into a lovely inn using all the original woodwork. Our room was large and had original stained glass windows. My husband and I plan to return.”

“The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!”

“Wonderful and charming property. Good location, very friendly staff, and a nice shared area with tv, games, and tea/coffee/lemonade all day. We liked the breakfast too. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Extremely thin walls & heard every step from floor above. Old air conditioning sounds like a jet taking off with occasional bangs as it shuts on & off. Upon arrival, we found the sheets so dirty that there was still a lipstick stain on 1 bed & remnants of a string cheese wrapper in the other. Looking at numerous other reviews, they clearly have a pattern of not changing sheets between customers. The floors also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a long time. We didn’t feel comfortable……
