“This is a SCAM! You need to be very careful before booking this hotel.
1) I came in and the they told me that I had to upgrade my current reservation to have a private bathroom. In the booking I booked originally, they did not specify anywhere that the room doesn’t come with a private bath. They did this on purpose to get guests pay
2) The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Some of them don’t even speak English and don’t know how to answer my simple question such as where’s……

“Breakfast was great - too late on a weekend to utilize though. Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! ”

“The downtown location was ideal, with walkable access to restaurants and stores. The retention of the historic character of the building was lovely and the room was clean and well-appointed. However, because of the location along the main drag, parking can be a hassle and traffic noise, especially on a Saturday night, was annoyingly loud. The rest of my stay was very enjoyable.”

“Parking is a bit cramped, but there's also on street parking. We stayed in the downstairs room with two queen beds. Lovely set up on ground floor, but the shower, meant for handicap accessibility, did not fully drain, leaving the floor with inch-deep water. Very slippery even when most of the water was gone.”
