Close to all shops, accessible on foot, you can swim in the residence's swimming pool.

The apartment is an F2 type (33 m²) on the ground floor of a tourist residence, with a 10 m2 loggia.
Equipped kitchen area with oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee machine...
