We offer an independent studio, perfect for two people (refurbished in 2021), located on the lower floor of a family home. You will have a private outdoor space, protected by an elegant canopy (sail), where you can enjoy meals, read a book or simply enjoy the peaceful and serene environment of an adjacent green space. Independent access to the studio (through a side gate, with ramp). Only the outer access area is shared.

Inside the studio, you'll find a variety of storage solutions. It has a silent Fujitsu air conditioner (Cooling Energy Class A++), a 32” LG Smart TV (more than 100 digital channels), a Sharp XL-B520D hi-fi sound system, which can be connected to 1 smartphone, a portable outdoor Energy Sistem speaker with IP67 protection and Bluetooth 5.0 (so you can listen to music while taking a shower) and free access to the Wi-Fi network.
Our kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook and enjoy meals, including a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

But we don't stop there. We are committed to environmental sustainability and therefore our studio is cleaned and sanitized with vegan products and all available utensils are ecologically correct. In addition, we will take care of the proper disposal of garbage in public containers.

Oh! If you're thinking about washing your clothes after a day at the beach, there's no problem. You will have a TEKA TK5 1060 EXP washing machine at your disposal. Detergent for the first washes will be provided.

As for parking, you will have access to a quiet car park, located just 40 meters from the studio, ensuring the convenience of leaving your car in a reliable place.
