Zona ideal si necesitas unas vacaciones tranquilas, con piscina y playa todo al lado para no tener que ir cargado sobretodo si vas con niños como fue nuestro caso ,el único Inconveniente que tienes que subir escaleras como a un 2do piso en este caso si tienes bebés es un poco incómodo por si necesitas subir y bajar carro pero teníamos plaza garaje cerrada y dejábamos este ahí metido, siempre hay solución. Decir también que me dejaron una cuna de viaje con sábanas que es de agradecer porque así no cargas con ella en el viaje. Piso impecable y no nos hizo falta comprar muchas cosas pues nos dejaron cosas básicas necesarias. Servicios básicos en la urbanización: restaurante enfrente donde se come muy bien, panadería y cervecerías junto con farmacia que abre todos los días mañana y tarde y súper que tiene de todo.

A un paso de la playa

Apartamento perfectamente equipado a un paso de la playa y con una tranquila piscina comunitaria (en nuestro caso nunca coincidimos con nadie). Roberto y Marisa son muy atentos y han estado siempre disponibles. Totalmente recomendable.

Besser NICHT !

Wir können das Objekt leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr klein und eng, die Möbel abgewohnt und alt, das Bad MINI und uralt, ebenso die Küche, das Besteck und Geschirr ein wildes und altes Sammelsurium, Kaffeemaschine tropft nur, null Ablageflächen, die wenigen Schränke und das eine Regal sind mit eigenen Sachen der Vermieter vollgestopft, die Betten billigst und alt, das Sofa unsitzbar und kaputt, keine Liegestühle o.ä. wir mussten uns selbst alles kaufen und und und. Zur Lage, ohne Auto gibt es wirklich nur den Strand. Dieser ist schön, wem das reicht, ok. Leider sind die Vermieter nur genau so lange zu erreichen und freundlich, bis man gebucht und bezahlt hat. Ab dann tauchen sie völlig ab, antworten nicht mehr und sind absolut unkooperativ und unprofessionell, bei jegwelchen Belangen. Wir sind öfter geschäftlich in Oliva, so etwas Schlechtes hatten wir bis dato noch nie gebucht und erlebt. Leider lässt auch Fewo seine Kunden völlig im Regen stehen. Daher können wir wirklich nur raten: Finger weg von diesem Objekt. Es gibt viele andere, tolle, super schöne und neue Wohnungen, mit professionellem Service und Ansprechpartnern vor Ort !

Eine schöne, helle und saubere Wohnung direkt am wunderschönen Strand von San Fernando

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell, gut gepflegt und ausgestattet. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung. In wirklich nur paar Schritten ist man am breiten, hellen und sehr schönen Strand von San Fernando. Strandstühle und Schirme dürften wir mitbenutzen. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, familiäres Restaurant und einen deutschen Bäcker!!! Sonst ist man schnell auf der Autobahn und kann gut die Umgebung erkunden. Sehr empfehlenswert die Miradores von Xabia.

Todo un descubrimiento ubicación extraordinaria. Acceso directo a la playa (50m) piscina propia muy limpia y tranquila con sol dandelo todo el día, amplia terraza. Repetimos seguro!!

Vacaciones en Familia

Hemos viajado con nuestras dos hijas y hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones muy tranquilos y todo el día de la piscina a la playa y viceversa. Ubicación magnífica, al lado de la playa y enfrente de un pequeño supermercado y una heladería. Zona muy tranquila y los anfitriones Roberto y Marisa muy majos!

Marisa muy atenta a que no nos faltase nada, el apartamento muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy buena. Apartamento junto a la playa, los niños bajaban descalzos directamente.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist erstklassig und stimmt absolut mit der Beschreibung überein. Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos und sehr freundlich. Marisa und Robert sprechen gut Deutsch. Während 3 Tagen war die Wohnung nebenan belegt und da kann es hie und da etwas Lärm geben. Sonst ist es, während dieser Saison, absolut ruhig gelegen. Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten gut ausgerüstet, inkl. Saftpresse und Toaster. Fernseher mit nur spanischen Sendern. Das Internet hatte immer wieder Aussetzer und ist relativ langsam. Ein kleines Bad /WC mit Dusche. Grosser Balkon mit Holztisch und 4 Stühlen und wunderbarer Meersicht. In der Garage sind weitere Stühle, Kindersitz und auch Strandstühle vorhanden, ebenso Kinderspielsachen für den Strand. Wir können die Wohnung sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Danke auch an Marisa und Roberto.

Great apartment with beautiful sea views!

Oliva is a beautiful tranquil town with fantastic beaches. It’s also a great base to visit other areas up and down the coast. We stayed here with our two young children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Roberto and Marisa were very accommodating providing a travel cot and high chair for our baby boy. The balcony is fantastic for enjoying food and drinks whilst enjoying the views and listening to the sound of the waves. We are looking forward to returning again sometime!

Alles bestens!

Das Appartement ist hervorragend gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles funktioniert und selbst wenn es mal ein Problem gibt (die Wasserleitung in der gesamten Straße war eine Nacht lang abgestellt!) kümmern sich Roberto und Marisa sofort darum. Alles sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Roberto reagiert sofort wenn man ihn anschreibt, alles bestens! Die Lage ist natürlich hervorragend, direkt am Strand und auf dem Grundstück war (zumindest in unserer Reisezeit) kein weiterer Mensch zu sehen. Der Supermarkt gegenüber hat immer auf und hat alles was man braucht.

The perfect holiday home!

The apartment is everything you could hope and wish for. Very clean and well equipped. Also, the location could not be more perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday. The beach is beautiful and so close to the apartment. Lovely swimming pool too. The owners Roberto and Marissa are lovely people, so helpful and welcoming. We have loved our time here and would thoroughly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Casa tranquila con todas las comodidades y andando a 2 min

Las vacaciones en esta casa fueron estupendas. Tanto Roberto como Marisa nos trataron muy bien y se preocuparon por que no nos faltara nada. Íbamos con 3 niños y nos proporcionaron una cuna y juguetes para la playa. La casa es muy tranquila y esta a escasos 50 m de la playa. No cogimos ni el carrito para ir a la playa y no coger el coche fue algo muy positivo. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

wunderbarer Strandurlaub

Wir (Ehepaar 67/63) können uns den Vorberichten nur anschließen:Wohnung wie auf den Bildern,perfekt sauber,sehr gut ausgestattet,reizende Vermieter (Marisa spricht perfekt deutsch.Sie hatte uns ein Starterkit mit Wasser,Keksen,,Saft,Milch) vorbereitet.Gewürze Öl,Essig etc sind neben umfangreichen Küchengeräten sowieso vorhanden. Man konnte mit den herrlich frischen Lebensmitteln aus den Märkten in Oliva und Denia auch Komplizierters problemlos zubereiten. Selbst der Aldi (eigentlich nicht unser Ziel im Ausland) in Oliva war wirklich eindrucksvoll.Marisa hatte sogar,weil sie nicht wusste ,ob wir Alten getrennt schlafen, ein drittes Bett im zweiten Zimmer vorbereitet . :-) . Beide sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Umgebung :.Auch unbedingt lohnend : Javea/Xabia , dreiteilige Stadt mit interessanter Altstadt (unbedingt Tourist Büro aufsuchen-liegt auf altem Friedhof,tolles InfoMaterial) , schöner alter Hafen mit netten Restaus und schönen Geschäften und die (sehr rummelige) Arenal Region sowie die angrenzenden Caps.Nicht erwähnt wurde bisher die herrliche Dachterrasse.Wir werden beim nächstenmal zwei Sitzgelegenheiten dort oben installieren, an kühleren Tagen ist es da abends in der Sonne noch herrlich . Kleiner Tip zur Anreise: die genaue Adresse erkennt kein Navi , es ist der Stichweg direkt gegenüber der Apotheke - das erspart Marisa langes Warten auf der Straße .Die Urbanisation war Mitte Juni noch weitgehend leer.Es gibt da bisher keine Partykultur ,deshalb herrlich ruhig,Nur nachts um 23.55 kommt pünktlich die Müllabfuhr - täglich !Ganz herzlichen Dank Marisa und Roberto - wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Die Bilder übertreiben nicht, man befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und Meer. Alles im Appartement ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir werden bestimmt den Aufenthalt wiederholen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Très satisfaisant

Vacances en famille Appartement confortable et fonctionnel, avec garage très appréciable, très bien équipé, situation géographique parfaite. Possibilité de visiter le coin facilement (Valence , Calpe....) Accueil par Marisa et Roberto très agréable et très à l écoute. Seul bémol, là climatisation pas assez performante à notre goût.

Estupendo apartamento a 30 metros de la playa

Nada más llegar nos impresionó lo realmente cerca de la playa que está el apartamento y lo cuidado que estaba el mobiliario. Todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado. La terraza fantástica con unas vistas preciosas, y el trastero que no se menciona en el anuncio nos permitió guardar sombrilla, carrito y maletas sin ocupar sitio en el apartamento. Nuestra hija de dos años disfrutó muchísimo y nosotros pudimos descansar. Al tratarse de una urbanización muy pequeña, teníamos la piscina prácticamente para nosotros solos. La playa con poca gente y muy tranquila. Ideal para ir con niños ya que no cubre más allá de la rodilla hasta adentrarse mucho en el agua. La zona es muy tranquila con los comercios imprescindibles a solo unos metros (farmacia, colmado y restaurante). María Luisa y Roberto, muy atentos y agradables, nos dejaron agua fresca, leche y galletas a la llegada, y nos pusieron una cuna de madera (no de viaje, como suele ser habitual) y trona para la niña . Totalmente recomendable.

Wonderful home steps to beautiful beach.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! Very safe neighborhood and the home was just steps to the beach. There's a very nice pool that we had all to ourselves most of the time. This home is right across from a small general store and restaurant and an ice cream shop. You really need a car if you want to go into town or do some sightseeing. The best part about renting this home was Roberto the owner. Very responsive and helpful and even helped us with reservations as none of us spoke Spanish! Can't recommend it enough!

Perfect location for families.

Clean and well-maintained apartment with perfect sea view. Less then 50 meters to coast line from one side and all necessary (small shop, restaurant, pharmacy, good bakery) on street side. Very hospitality owners Marisa and Roberto are always ready to help in any problems. My family spent beautiful month here.

What more could you wish for? Nothing!

We have stayed at this apartment twice and at Roberto's house, which is further up the coast towards Oliva, once in the past 15 months. On all three occasions Roberto has been prompt and efficient with the booking procedure. The apartment is in a fabulous location, as you can see from the photograph, which is taken from the apartment's terrace. The property is secure, well equipped and extremely clean. There is a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bar/restaurant behind the apartment and another cafe and hairdressers' further down the road - with seasonal opening hours. If you are happy to eat at Pepe's Camping (absolutely fine, great steaks) and the bar near the apartment, and go to the beach every day, you could manage without a car, although you would need to book a taxi from the airport. We cannot recommend the apartment and the house enough. In fact, we love that stretch of beach and the surrounding area so much we are planning to move there later this year. So, you could come for a holiday and leave as potential property owners!
