major problem with keys but otherwise good

Clean, quiet flat with a nice pool and convenient location but the key pick up required an extra 50+ minute drive each to collect and return. The key to the building didn’t work for the whole week so I had to access my apartment via the car park. The service otherwise was good (I had a repair done to an interior door while I was there) but I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known about the key pick up. I was stranded outside on arrival late at night and only got in via the car park with the help of a stranger - it was a total nightmare. The emergency number was not effective as I waited 45 minutes and no one phoned back.

El equipo de homerti hizo un esfuerzo total para que funcionara (tuve problemas con el agua caliente al principio), lo que hará que todo esté bien lo antes posible. En general, Vanessa y Vicky del Equipo homerti fueron muy serviciales. GRACIAS Al principio tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. Pero fue arreglado rápidamente.
