The hotel is newer in Barrio Barreto and is close to bars and restaurants. They have two pools that has a great view of Subic bay. Smelly , and no breakfast as advertised.
The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair
