Omachi Bar Hotel

"The hotel staff and people were spectacular! Breakfast was traditional Japanese style food, which may or may not suit westerners. Hotel is a bit dated and it shows. Our room was clean upon arrival; however, we encountered bugs and mosquitoes inside our 3rd floor room. This didn’t particularly bother us, but it may have an impact on other guests. "We did the Tateyama Alpine Route from Toyama and decided to stay in Omachi. To get to Omachi there is a bus you can catch after getting off the tunnel electric bus in Ogizawa. We were pleasantly surprised with our room located on the top floor and had our own balcony. We stayed in a traditional Japaneses room which had its own toilet and bathroom. "温泉郷という事もあり、大浴場や露天風呂はとてもよかったです。お部屋も綺麗でゆっくり過ごせました。何よりも食事の時のスタッフの方々の対応がとてもよかったです。アジアの他国出身のスタッフの方もいらっしゃいましたが、とても印象が良かったです。ただ今の時代のこともあり、Wi－Fiが部屋では全く繋がらなく、1階ロビーでもとても遅かった点が残念でした。"
