「There was no hot water for the days I stayed there」

「Stopped at front desk to get coffee to make in room. They said they didn’t have any. Asked for noon check out when we had to go to lobby to get coffee since we had none in our room and were told no. Then found out a few other folks in our group were given a noon check out. Gal at desk was not at all friendly nor helpful. Drove by later that evening and literally no cars on lot so not like folks were trying to check in. Not very accommodating.」

Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

「The room itself was clean. The property itself needed attention. There was trash all over the stairwells that was there our entire 3 night stay. The room was very bright all night. The curtains did little to block the outside lights from shining in, plus the light switches were all illuminated and we couldn't cover them up. The breakfast was fine, but it is what I would expect for free at most hotels. They charged 7.99 for it and coffee was not free. Both days I ate there, I was done with...
