“room was cleaned properly daily, staff friendly. only 2 issues to be aware of: 1) pricing in the resto was very high and 2) the marketing that they were one of the few hotels directly accessing 7 mile beach was deceptive. they accessed a small portion of the beach in front of the hotel, but one had to take their complimentary shuttle to get to the main beach”

“A last minute reservation at 6:00 PM, due to a flight cancellation. Reserved a garden-view Queen-suite. The room as clean and everything was in good repair. Dined at the on-site restaurant, the Driftwood Bar & Grill. The food was tasty; the portion a good size and was served hot. Ate at the bar and the bartender was attentive and friendly.”

“Staying at Vida was like staying at someone’s gorgeous vacation home. It is small enough that all the staff know you and the culture is to go out of their way to be courteous and helpful. The front desk staff helped us select dinner places, snorkeling places and even provided a beach blanket and snorkel gear. “Helpful staff and good amenities. Location is a bit out of the way which can be good if you want a more peaceful vacation. Not walking distance to anything but the staff is good at getting local taxi drivers when needed. Restaurant food is good and staff is very friendly.”
