Don't let the messy reception area fool you. This is a great place to stay in Kyoto! Fantastic proprietor, large clean room and comfortable beds. It's a great choice for a budget hotel and gives you everything you need for your stay.

his was probably the best hotel of my entire trip to Japan. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it feel like a home away from home.
One feature I particularly appreciated was the in-room washing machine, which was incredibly convenient during a longer trip. Being able to do laundry in the room made travelling much easier and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The location was excellent, with easy access to Kyoto's attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, this hotel offered exceptional value for money and provided everything I needed for a perfect stay in Kyoto. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
