The house is located in the small fishing village Pisak, right on the coast. This new luxury villa has three floors, a comfortable environment. The floors are identically equipped. There is a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and terraces are also available from (ca. 12 sqm-35 sqm). The living room is equipped with comfortable chairs, LED TV, DVD and CD player and radio. The kitchen impresses with oven, four plate stove with ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, knives, and high-quality cutlery and cooking equipment. The bathroom has a sink with a large mirror, a toilet and a hydromassage shower are the massages at the request back and feet. The shower room has in addition a rain shower, radio, light and steam sauna (2 showers). 5 rooms with double beds equipped with the Great of 200x160cm, 200x90cm one room has two single beds. In every room of the villa has 1 air conditioner. Each floor has a separate entrance via an external staircase of granite. Due to the construction of the villa has a beautiful view from anywhere on the sea, islands and mountains. Throughout the house Internet is available (Wi-Fi). Behind the house there is a swimming pool with a size of about 30 m². The pool is surrounded by olive trees, so there is complete privacy for guests. The outdoor terrace is about 85 m2 large and equipped with high quality loungers and parasols and a barbecue. Between terrace and pool is a Jacuzzi for five people which provides relaxation. Pool and hot tub are 'Multicolor' lit. Parking is available directly in front of the house. In the resort there is a supermarket, a small fruit and vegetable stand, a cafe and two small restaurants with typical Dalmatian cuisine. Doctor, pharmacy, post office, ATM and other shops can be found 15 km away in Omis or Makarska in 18 km away. Thanks to the nearby Omis and Makarska, you can do all sorts of sports, visit neighboring excursion places and learn about cultural and historical heritage of the area. For those who yearn for pleasure, Makarska and Omis offer with bars, cafes and night clubs a welcome change. Because of the mild climate, you can swim from May to October in Pisak. In the pre-season and post-season (May, June, September, October) Pisak is particularly attractive because not as crowded. Other activities include rafting on the river Cetina, mountain climbing and hiking on the mountain Biokovo and diving.
