Staff was very friendly and speaks good English, typical Japanese breakfast was provided and quite good, parking is free and many lots were available.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. I would not recommend three adults stay in the double room with bunk bed. Much too cramped.

Great stay in Chisun Inn Nagasaki. Trip for 2 days around Nagasaki, I feel lucky to have stay here. Cleanroom, comfortable bed, car parking, near to the convenient store, close to the main road. Excellent.

Very close to Nagasaki airport, good for short stay if you arrive late or need to take an early flight. Opposite to Daiso/supermarket.

Terrific hotel for its price. A bit out of the way from Nagasaki city centre but if you drive this is a wonderful place you get to meet friendly people.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. At first, it was a bit claustrophobic in that, it measured 127 sq. ft., but we quickly got used to it and surprisingly, it was quiet, clean, accommodating to our needs, was within walking distance to several restaurants, and get this: we have stayed in many, many 4 and 5 star hotels and this bed was very, very comfortable and the pillows were exceptional! So much so, that I wanted to purchase one but to no avail! BTW, we stayed at this hotel because it was rated high and it had a private bathroom, not something we found in abundance in the city! And it was modular! Almost like they could fold it up and drive it away to another location!

This was a good value modern hotel, with nice clean rooms. Very convenient if using Nagasaki Airport. The breakfast was excellent!

Nice hotel but not a great location
This hotel had a decent size room for Japan standards and was very clean. The Hotel staff were nice but were often away from the desk. Breakfast was nice enough. The down side to this hotel was the area. It was a 30minute walk to the station without luggage and it did not feel like a touristy area.

Staff was excellent & accommodating.
Staff was excellent, accommodating & very helpful. I had a reservation for a smoking room, which I tried to change before my trip started, to no avail. When we arrived at the hotel to check-in, I ask the desk clerk if there would be anyway to change our first night to a non-smoking room, so we wouldn't have to change rooms during our 2 night stay. He checked very hard & was able to accommodate us. He went above & beyond in order to make our stay more enjoyable. I wish the room would have been a little larger & had a phone.

Great Deal
Everything was very nice. The only thing that the hotel is missing is a shuttle service to and from the airport. You have to take a taxi to and from the hotel. It was not very far so 1500 Yen, but it would be a nice addition for the hotel.

Nice hotel but beds very uncomfortable
The hotel was really nice, clean, great condition. The room was nice and a comfortable size. The rooms were really quiet and we did not hear people in other rooms nor the traffic outside. The breakfast was good with some good choices of food. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the beds. Our bed and our daughter's bed in another room were hard and very uncomfortable. We could feel the springs and it felt like we were sleeping on a lot of rocks. We did not sleep well. We asked for some extra covers to sleep on the 2nd night and that helped a little, but we are all tired and aching both mornings.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The WiFi was super fast and even though there was a language barrier, the staff did what they could do to accommodate me. Even though it was far from everything, there was good eating near and it was close to the train station. Definitely going to stay there again when I go back.

Good only for transit to other destinations
The location of this hotel is one of its major drawback. While it is relatively close to NGS airport, it's not that close if you consider the1100-1200 yen taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. It is also a 45 minute train ride to Nagasaki city/train station. The second major drawback is there are no telephones are in the rooms.
