“Clean and big room and easy access to beach”

“Clean room and helpful staff. We enjoyed the beautiful restaurant and pool that included an outdoor bar. The service in each was excellent. The view is exceptional. The room was small but fine for our needs. We did have a minor complaint about the policy prohibiting outside alcohol. A more important concern was that the housekeepers were extremely loud in the morning. They yelled back and forth between rooms and let doors slam over and over. We had planned a lazy day to take advantage of the……

“It was a good location by the river but an enormous building was going up right across from the entrance to the hotel. Construction wasn't particularly loud, but trucks and workers seemed to be everywhere. I wish I had known there was a wedding Friday night and another one Saturday night. I know weddings are inevitably happy events but some of the guests partied into the morning hours. I ended up leaving a day early to avoid two nights in a row of celebrations. I don't believe I will get……

“Paid enough on Expedia to make me expect at least clean... Looked at the hotel website and see that their regular price is one third of what I paid, which makes much more sense if you look at the state of the property. TV had some slime that had run down the front of the screen. We had wine stains on the towels, stains on sheets and bead spread was gross. Bathroom full of black pubic hairs, both on the floor and in the shower... We came in late and just needed a place to sleep, but the place was……

“We spent 3 nights, room 211, he drain in the shower did not work. Water took about 10 minutes to go. Complained daily, technician sent twice. Did not fix it. After that staff ignored us. The problem there created a very really BAD snell. Complained, ignored. I left the property before due to the above. My husband and daughter stayed and told me they did not addressed the issue when they were checking out. Pricey, bad service.”

“The hotel and room was very clean and the staff was nice. The Mexican restaurant on property was amazing. Very good food and very well priced during happy hour. The room was kind of dark as there were only the bedside lights when the blinds were closed. The bathroom ceiling clearly had water damage from lack of ventilation and the amount of caulking used and not used to hide the gaps on the faucet and handle was actually laughable.
