“It took a bit to have someone come to the front desk at check in, but everything was overall smooth and seamless. The rooms felt outdated, especially the bathrooms but still sufficient. Lunch at the restaurant was wonderful, waiter/bartenders were all attentive and welcoming. ”

“The parking lot was plowed and people were shoveling more snow when I checked in. But the parking space blocks are completely black and still covered in snow. A tiny bit of yellow on the ends but still invisible. I tripped on one while unloading my car. Thought I broke my knee. No. Just injured real bad. This is the SECOND time here in a month where the snow covered parking blocks cause me to trip & get hurt. I’ll never stay here again. There are other local places for about the same cost with……

“We decided to leave and not stay the night. The room had a smelly odor and didn't appear very clean. There was a bug crawling around in the bathroom. There were stains and rips on the chair in the room. Besides the room, I felt uncomfortable because there was no room key required to enter the vestibule that led to the elevator and no room key required to go on the elevator, meaning that anyone can just go into guest areas. The elevator floor was a filthy carpet that was falling apart. When we……

It crashed down in the middle of the night as we were sleeping. There was a hole in the shower. Yes, a hole in the shower floor. All around the door to the lobby, light seeped in, so the room never got dark at night. It was a very strange stay, especially for a new hotel. ”
