"I wish to give more stars this place because of the location has the best location ever. I really love it but the property it’s not good. The rooms are not that clean and need a lot of renovations as a place with a price should be better."

"Well appointed home with happy decor! Easy parking in the driveway with multiple access points from the driveway to the house. The location was great with easy access to restaurants, ferries, and the bridge to Sandy Hook. "

"This cottage needs serious attention. No place to hang coats or towels. No room to prepare food. Microwave is on top of fridge. Ceilings are peeling. There are hooks at top of bathroom door but are over 7 feet from floor. We couldn’t reach. Parking was at a premium. Our last night we got the last spot in the public parking lot at the end of the street. The floor was unbelievably cold. Sleeps 5 but only four chairs to eat but really no place to slice, chop and dice. Coffee and toast is practical though. Coffee maker should be one that has automatic shut off for safety. Location is awesome. Our daughter lives a block away. "

"The beautiful backyard was just as pictured. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed our coffee on the covered porch. The space was family-friendly with many activities provided for our use. The location was walkable to playgrounds, parks and some restaurants. The beaches at Sandy Hook were a very short ride away.
