「While it topically "looked" like the listing, it was in bad shape. Overwhelming mildew smell upon entering, stains on blinds & book shelf, stains on couch, missing vertical blind slats, marks on walls/baseboards, mildew on shower caddy suction cups, peeling paint, visible TERMITE DAMAGE on baseboards, BLACK MOLD on bedroom window sill, mildew on hammock cushion, ripped lounge chairs, ketchup stains on table/chair cushion. We originally booked 2 nights. We arrived later in evening to this mess...

「The place is perfect for 2 people. Terry is a very responsive, accommodating, and helpful host. He give us helpful tips and suggestions as to the various sights around Sarasota, and responded quickly to our questions. While the weather was warm outside, the room was always cool and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Thanks Terry for the breakfast gift card!」

「The neighborhood was so quiet and close to all the great beaches. The home was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable and clean. I dropped a few pieces of clean clothing whiledoing laundry the night before our flight, and the owners took the time to leave them on our porch very early the morning of our departure! Perfect property with great owners, we will definitely stay again! 」

「The property photos and description do not add up to the experience. It's on a very loud, heavy traffic 4-lane road, which combined with the simple single-pane glass windows makes for a 24-hour effect of being right at the curb. The front, side and back yards are an unkempt mess. Open the entry door and you're immediately hit with the powerful smell of mildew. Open a cabinet door and it becomes overwhelming. Understandable that the dishes were dirty (one coffee cup had a prescription pill...
