Great Family Place to Stay!

Benny and his family were awesome hosts and their home was perfect for a week of family, fun, and baseball! So close to everything we needed and plenty of space at the property for our evening hours of cooking dinners, watching movies, and playing games! Benny was just a phone call away and quick and happy to answer any questions! Would absolutely rent his house again!

Great place to stay for the coaches wives

Our boys went to cooperstown all star village for week and it was super close. The house was clean and just what the photos showed. We were given a box of delicious cookies to enjoy our stay and the owner was great! Definitely would recommend the porch for talks after the game.

5 stars all the way!

We recently stayed at this house and had an amazing experience. Our host Benny was truly exceptional during our stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even took the time to wish my nephew good luck at his Cooperstown baseball tournament. This personal touch meant so much to us and really made our stay special. The house was immaculate and had a cozy, homey atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I can't recommend this property enough - 5 stars all the way!

Awesome place

Awesome house, just as described Owner, Benny, was great in communication. Nice to have washer & dryer. Bedrooms are roomy & beds comfortable I would rent again if in the area. Jump on this one quickly The town is awesome

Perfect Place to Share with Friends and Family

We loved our stay at 495 Main St. The house is quite large, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The shared spaces made it possible for our group to have an impromptu pizza and game night. The place is just so welcoming! We had all the things we needed for a weeklong stay, with plenty of blankets and pillows. We loved that there were fans, window units and TVs in each room. The location was perfect, about 10-15 minutes from ASV, an easy drive. There is a gas station, cafe, and ice cream shop all in walking distance and downtown Oneonta is a short drive. Our hosts Bennett and Jamie were so kind and accommodating. We had some special requests for our group, and they didn't hesitate to accommodate. They were quick to respond and answered all of our questions. Thanks again for helping make our Cooperstown experience so memorable!
