Great, cozy spot!

We enjoyed our stay at The Church Street House. Everything was clean and enjoyable! Easily hosted three families. 25 mins from the baseball fields made for easy and quick travel.

This was a nice place to relax and unwind after busy days at Cooperstown Dreams Park for baseball. We had everything we needed and it was clean. Jerry and everyone else we communicated with were very nice and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this place.

This house met our needs. Just far enough from ASV and close to Main Street. You'll meet the host to check in. The host we met was great and oriented us on what to expect. The house is old but updated. It was cozy enough for our family. A few things to note...the laundry room is shared with their adjacent property. The couch and chairs in the living room need to be replaced. They are flat and no longer provide any support.

Great family house

Great location and fully furnished. Cute little bungalow. Walked to downtown Oneonta for shopping and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and suggested great places to eat. Safe location to be coming and going late at night bc of baseball games. Rainy day? Big kitchen table to play cards and great outside patio. Even watched a cool lightening storm from the covered front porch. Clean. 4 bedrooms! 2 of the 3 beds upstairs very hard. Smart TVs in every room. Wish first floor bedroom had bigger bed. Older grandparents could not do stairs and they stayed all week in a full bed. Shared laundry room- 1 bedroom directly above and the neighbors using it at 1 and 2am (baseball game hours) and it was loud waking my daughter up. Otherwise, we had a great stay!!! Perfect location to All Star Village- like 7 minutes. Would recommend.

Would definitely stay here or a home rented by Jerry anytime. Very clean, had everything we needed, close to town, communication was great etc.... Great property and owner.
